I never understand people. What is so horrible about just being yourself.

Stop pretending your life is so horrible. It’s not. You’re pathetic. Get a grip.

What is the point in hiring a graphic/web designer, when you don’t listen to them? Like when they make the suggestion that having every page on the site look different, it’s NOT a good idea. Or that having a million moving pieces per page, is NOT a good idea. Whats the point in paying someone $25/hr+ if you’re just going to spend the entire time telling their they’re wrong? If you’re paying someone to HELP you make a site, then listen to them when they tell you something looks wrong, or bad. Yes, everyones tastes are different, but it’s our JOB to not take sides & to feel out what people generally like/don’t like. I’m not saying we’re god-like or know-it-alls, but if we tell you giant pink smiley faces on a neon green background looks bad, trust us, it looks bad!

I purchased two prints of this for Christmas, one for my sister & one for myself, and when I told my dad how much they cost (a mere $10 ea+shipping) he said “why? i don’t understand why you’d spend so much on a piece of paper” - why do people buy movies? Or music? Why do people buy anything, because they enjoy it, whatever it is. Kurt’s work, for being as simple as it is, displays so much emotion and says so much with so little.

And you know what, when I finally get a chance to save a little bit of money, I will get one of Audrey’s prints too. And you know what? I will cherish that little piece of paper that cost me $100+
